These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PerfectCar's Website and digital auction services. By registering an account, placing a bid, or using our inspection services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Platform Role and Disclaimer

PerfectCar operates exclusively as an online automotive marketplace, inspection service, and auction platform. We provide a digital space for buyers and sellers to interact. PerfectCar does not own the vehicles listed by third-party sellers and is not a direct party to the final sales contract between the buyer and the seller.

2. Auction and Bidding Rules

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Pakistani CNIC to register and bid.
• Binding Bids: When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase that vehicle at that price.
• Winning an Auction: If you are the highest bidder when the timer expires, and the seller's reserve price is met, you are obligated to complete the transaction.
• Penalties: Failure to honor a winning bid will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your PerfectCar account.

3. Seller Obligations

• Sellers must provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding the vehicle, including any known mechanical defects, accidental history, or legal encumbrances.
• Sellers must have the legal right to sell the vehicle and ensure the title/registration (Smart Card/Book) is clear for transfer.
• PerfectCar reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies, provides false information, or is deemed fraudulent.

4. Inspection Services

Our 200+ point car inspection service provides an objective evaluation of the vehicle's condition at the specific time and date of the inspection. The resulting inspection report is a professional opinion based on visual and diagnostic checks. It is not a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's future performance or absolute mechanical perfection. Buyers are encouraged to review the report thoroughly before bidding.

5. Fees and Transactions

Listing a car may be subject to inspection fees as outlined on our pricing page. Bidding on the platform is generally free. However, PerfectCar does not process the final vehicle payment between the buyer and seller. The transfer of funds must be handled directly between the parties through secure banking channels once the auction concludes.

6. Limitation of Liability

PerfectCar, its directors, employees, and inspectors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, the purchase or sale of a vehicle, or any undetected faults not mentioned in the inspection reports.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
