• Register you as a new user and verify your identity to maintain a safe auction environment.
• Process, schedule, and deliver your 200+ point car inspection requests.
• Display your vehicle details (excluding your personal contact info) to potential bidders on the live auction platform.

• Prevent fraud, secure our platform, and troubleshoot technical issues.

As an auction marketplace, certain information must be shared to facilitate a successful transaction. We adhere to the following rules:

• Buyer-Seller Connection: If you win an auction, we share your basic contact details with the seller (and vice versa) strictly to finalize the vehicle transfer and payment.
• Public Listings: Vehicle inspection reports, photos, and current bids are made public to ensure platform transparency. Your name and contact details are kept hidden from the public listing.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by Pakistani law enforcement agencies or to protect the rights and safety of PerfectCar and its users.

We have implemented strict security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents, and contractors who have a business need to know.
